Pattern Making & Sampling
Our pattern makers create a digital pattern from your specs. Pre-production samples are cut, sewn, and finished in your chosen fabric and color. Fit photos and measurements are sent for your review — revisions are handled at no extra charge.
Sample Approval & Grading
Once you sign off on fit, fabric, and branding samples, we grade the pattern across your full size range. A full size-set is produced for your final approval before bulk cutting begins.
Bulk Production

Final QC, Packing & Shipping

Do I need to provide a tech pack to get started?
No — while a tech pack speeds up the process, we can work from reference images, sketches, or simply a description of what you want. Our design team helps translate your ideas into production-ready specifications at no cost.
What is the minimum order quantity for a new brand?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style per color. For first-time brand partners, we can sometimes accommodate 30-40 pieces per style to help you test the market. The more styles and colors you order, the more flexible we can be on per-SKU minimums.
How do you ensure consistent sizing across production runs?
We use digital pattern grading and maintain a master size-set for every style. All production pieces are measured against approved size specs during in-line QC and again at the finished garment audit stage. Tolerance is within +/- 0.5 inches.
Can I use my own fabric supplier?
Yes, you can supply your own fabric. However, we recommend using our in-house fabric sourcing as it ensures quality consistency and typically results in better pricing due to our long-term mill relationships. We are happy to send swatches from our fabric library for your evaluation.
How are shipping and customs handled?
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the US, UK, EU, and Australia — meaning we handle customs clearance and duties, and you receive the goods at your door. For other destinations, we recommend FOB or CIF terms. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can ship to Amazon FBA warehouses directly.
What if I am not satisfied with the samples?
We offer up to two rounds of sample revisions at no additional cost until the fit, fabric, and branding meet your expectations. If after revisions the samples still do not meet your specifications, we refund the sample fee minus shipping.
Can you do private labeling with my brand?
Absolutely. Private labeling is our specialty. We can apply your brand logo through screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, or sublimation. We also produce custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, and branded packaging — everything arrives shelf-ready.
