Charging a sample fee help filter out customer who genuinely intend to process with the customized clothing, by paying the sample fee, customer demonstrate their genuine interest and demand for custom clothing, saving both parties time and efforts.

Step 1We confirm the order with the customer and make sure all the custom details - such as fabric, size, color, and design - are accurate.

Step 3Cutting fabric is a key link in the clothing production process, which is directly related to the shape, size accuracy and wearing comfort of the finished product.
Step 4Once the design is confirmed, we will Sewing is carried out in strict accordance with the pattern and process requirements to ensure that each seam is flat and firm, in line with the functionality and comfort of sportswear. Ironing makes the finished garment more three-dimensional and crisp, showing the best appearance.
Step 5At this stage, we will carefully check all the custom order details, including size, color, and design, and measure the garment size to ensure there are no discrepancies.

If customer confirm to process with custom-made clothing and reaches our Minimum order quantity of 500 units for single color and style, or as mutually agreed upon by both parties, the paid sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order. The policy aims to reward customer who decide to continue the collaboration and placed bulk orders.
If customer decided not to proceed with the customization after paying the sample fees, and sample production haven’t started to process yet, or if significant issues caused by our side arise during the sample production process, resulting in the inability to deliver on time or meet the customers requirements.
If customer meets the conditions of sample fee refunded, we will follow the following process:
1) customer need to submit a refund request to our customer services team, along with relevant order and payment information,
2) we will verify the request and access eligibility for a refund;
3) once the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process according to the customer’s chosen refund method;
4) The refund timeline may vary depending on the selected refund method and processing speed of financial institutions.
Customer confirmed and initiated sample production, and the sample already proceed or finished production which meets customer’s requirement and expectation.
